Hi! I’m Rachel and I am in my fourth year at Toronto Metropolitan University. Before coming to Midwifery, I received a Bachelors of Child Health with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from Brock University. My passion for client-centred care and racial representation within healthcare propelled me into this career path. I am really excited to be joining AMMA Midwives for my final year as a student starting in May. I am also incredibly grateful for this opportunity to learn not only from the Midwives at AMMA and from other healthcare professionals, but also from clients that graciously allow me to be involved in their care.
